Founded by Melanie Newson, who brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, lending, operations, analytics, and data management, Serenity Systems Consulting was inspired by a lifelong connection to entrepreneurship. Growing up, Melanie watched her father build businesses through hard work and vision, while often facing the challenges that come from running a business without documented processes and scalable systems.

Today, Melanie brings together her experience in finance, operations, analytics, and strategic problem-solving to help business owners see beyond surface-level symptoms, understand the underlying issues, and make informed decisions about what comes next.
